Student Profile GPA Tab

The Student’s Profile GPA Tab allows you to view a Student’s Current GPA, Historical GPA

records and the Student’s Rank. You would use this tab to update the calculation to include

the most recent grades for just one student. You can add historical records for a transfer

student. You can make alterations to a student’s rank that may need to be corrected after

running the Rank Report.

Current GPA Tab

The Student GPA Current tab allows you to view a student’s Current GPA, Rank, Earned

Credits and Failed Credits.

To get to the Profile GPA Current Tab, go under Student Management, Student, Student

Profile and select the GPA Tab on the left.

You will see one line for each Method that is setup. You will be able to see the last day and

time the Student’s GPA was calculated and by whom. Rank will not change until the Rank

report is run.

The Current GPA table will show one line for the different combinations of Entities,

Grading Periods, Methods and GPA Types. You can use the Filter Options to simplify the

view and display only the data that you want to see.

The GPA Audit & Calc for Grd Prd X button will update the Current Year GPA information.

The Audit Range button will allow you to see how the Audit Ranges are configured. You

will not be able to change them from this button. If you need to reconfigure the Audit

Ranges you will need to go Student Management / Office / Grading /Product Setup /

Configuration / GPA Setup / Auto GPA.

The GPA Details button will display a breakdown of the Student’s GPA for the highlighted

Grading period.

Historical GPA Tab

The Historical GPA tab allows you to view, add, edit and delete Historical GPA records for a

student.

You can use the Filter Options to simplify the view and display only the data that you want

to see.

The Add button allows you to add Historical GPA records to a student’s record.

The Edit button allows you to edit the highlighted record and make corrections.

The Delete button allows you to remove a record.

The GPA Calc button will update the Current Year GPA information.

The Audit Range button will allow you to see how the Audit Ranges are configured. You

will not be able to change them from this button. If you need to reconfigure the Audit

Ranges you will need to go Student Management / Office / Grading /Product Setup /

Configuration / GPA Setup / Auto GPA.

The GPA Details button will display a breakdown of the Student’s GPA for the highlighted

Grading period.

Rank Tab

The Rank tab allows you to view, add, edit and delete students’ rank. Any changes will be

overwritten the next time you run the rank report.

You can use the Filter Options to simplify the view and display only the data that you want

to see.

The Add button allows you to add Rank to a student’s record.

The Edit button allows you to edit the highlighted record and make corrections.

The Delete button allows you to remove a record.
