Saturday, May 30th 5:30pm - 11:00pm BMO Centre, Stampede Park

The Graduation Banquet and Dance will be held at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park on Saturday, May 30th . Doors will open to the Banquet Hall at 5:30pm and dinner will be served promptly at 6:30pm. The showing of the graduation video as well as a dance will follow the dinner (approximately 9:30pm). The ticket price for the banquet is in effect for every graduate as well as their guests. The cost will be $90.00/ticket. Please make seating arrangements PRIOR to purchasing tickets, there will be a maximum purchase limit of 10 tickets per student. Please pay attention to the following BMO Centre details: • Tickets will be checked at the door and will be

required to gain access into the facility. • No alcohol/smoking/vaping is permitted in the

banquet hall. All bags will be searched upon entry. • Please be respectful of the BMO Centre security

staff. • Re-entry is not permitted. Once students, parents

and guests have entered the banquet hall, they are required to remain inside.

• Stampede Park has a parking fee of $15.00 (Subject to change).

In order to participate in the graduation ceremony, all students must: • Be in a position to successfully complete the

Graduation 2020

The Graduation Mass and Graduation Ceremony is for Grade 12 students who have met all Graduation requirements and have their names posted on the Graduation list on May 1st

On March 30th – April 2nd, Grade 12 students can order tickets for the events on D2L. A quiz will be set up in the GRAD2020 course where each student can order up to 3 guest tickets. Students who do not complete the quiz will be assigned two guest tickets. Tickets will be given to students who are eligible to participate in the Graduation Ceremony and Mass during the third week of May. Both the Graduation Mass and Graduation Ceremony will be ticketed events. Reserved seating will be in effect for all guests (3 per family), graduates will be seated with their Teacher Advisory Groups. *If you or members of your family require special seating (i.e. Wheelchair access & seating) please contact Ms. Grant as soon as possible.

Banquet tickets will be sold through the CCSD Fee payment system between April 27th and April 30th. Students who wish to purchase banquet tickets must pay any outstanding fees by the fee deadline, April 24th. Banquet tickets will be distributed with grad gowns on May 21st. Please take note of the following information when planning ticket orders: • ALL tables will be set for parties of 8; therefore, any

party smaller than 8 will be sitting with another group. • Graduates choose their seats based on availability,

students are responsible for choosing where they sit and whom they sit with.

• If graduates or families wish to sit at the same and/or adjacent tables they will be able to view a map of all available seats/tables at the time of booking.

• Families expecting to sit together must choose their table at the same time as no tables/seats will be held. Once seats have been chosen, they cannot be changed.

• Tables cannot be saved. If you begin ordering tickets through the system, but do not pay for them, the tickets will be released. Seats are only guaranteed once they are paid for.

• Tickets will NOT be sold after April 30th.
