GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

In New York City you need credits in order to graduate. 44 credits is exact. Without these

credits you wont move on to college .

Classes:

• English• Mathematics• Social Studies• Science• Health & PE• Electives• Second Languages• Art

Credits for each class:

• 8• 6• 8• 6• 5• 7• 2• 2

If you don’t get them 44 credits and don’t pass your regents, you will not graduate! Each regent

test grade will have to be a 65 or above. You have to pass both credits and regents.

The Regents You Will Take:• English• Mathematics • Social Studies (2 regents)• Science
