Graeme is Head of the Commercial team in Scotland. He joined Bidwells in 2004 following successfully achieving a first class honours degree and, after a short time working with the Tayside Assessor, returned to Bidwells in 2007. He became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2006.

Graeme has vast experience in commercial agency with particular expertise in industrial, offices and retail properties.

Highly regarded in the field of rating, Graeme has worked for both the Assessor and private practice and recorded may successful rating appeals granting significant savings for his clients.

He is regularly involved in rent review negotiations for numerous retained and new clients.

Graeme is responsible for the day to day management of Bidwells commercial client’s property portfolios in Scotland and has recently overseen considerable expansion of this portfolio.

He is also the Managing Agent for The Crown Estate on the east coast from Eyemouth to Montrose, responsible for the management of the marine estate.
