Introduction

Hon’ble Prime Minister has announced that on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, a

“Gram Swaraj Abhiyan” could be organised starting from 14th April to 05th May, 2018. The

campaign, undertaken under the name of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Gaon, Sabka Vikas”, is to

promote social harmony, spread awareness about pro-poor initiatives of government, and

reach out to poor households to enroll them as also to obtain their feedback on various

welfare programmes. As a special endeavor during the Gram Swaraj Abhiyan, saturation

of eligible households/persons would be made under seven flagship pro-poor

programmes in 21,058* identified villages, namely, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana,

Saubhagya, Ujala scheme, Pradhan Mantri Jan DhanYojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan

Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and Mission Indradhanush.

1. National Tally – This section displays the Photos captured for the scheme/ events.

The user will be displayed the report basis on the scheme and/or state selected.

2. Latest Photos – This section displays the list of photos updated recently for

different events/ schemes of Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.

This tab displays the different videos based on the different schemes/ events carried out

by Ministry under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.

Testimonials/ Feedback –

The user has the provision to provide feedback on the different schemes covered under

Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.

The national tally option will display, a screen with testimonial report where the user can

view the data on the basis of state and/ or scheme.

On clicking on a specific state, all the districts will be displayed in list format.

On selecting the specific district, feedback/ testimonials corresponding to the district will

be displayed.

Downloads On clicking on downloads, the user will be provided following six sections –

1. 7 Schemes for Saturation of 21058* Villages – This section will display the 7 schemes

covered under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan. On clicking on the particular scheme, the details

regarding the specific scheme will be displayed.

3. Procedural Content (AV & Text) - This section will include the User Manual for the

on Gram Swaraj Abhiyan website.

4. Nodal Officers Details - This section includes the contact details of the Nodal officers

of Ministries of Seven Schemes, district wise contact list of nodal officers as well

as the list of Villages for Saturation of Seven Programmes.

5. Minutes of daily VC sessions held with States – This section includes the document

containing the Minutes of daily VC sessions held with States.

Reports

This tab displays the reports regarding different schemes and events under Gram

Swaraj Abhiyan–

On clicking on the specific scheme, the user can view the report which can also be

exported to excel.

This tab displays the contact details of the officials handling the GSA website.

Login

Once the user clicks on login button, the following screen is displayed.

Here the user credentials are entered and the user is logged into the website.

Forgot Password

If the user is registered for GSA they can reset the password in case they have forgotten

or have not received the OTP on their mobile.

The users would enter their mobile number and the new password would be sent to the

entered mobile number.

If the mobile number is not registered with GSA an error message would be displayed.

The user should contact the helpdesk on - 1800-11-6446, for further guidance on how to

register.

The role of these users would be to create and edit user logins for lower levels:

User Registration

Step 1 - The user needs to select the level i.e. State/District/ Block/ Panchayat.

Step 2 – If the user is district level, check the box Nodal Officer if the login is being

created for a Central Nodal Officer

Step 2 - Select State, District from the dropdown.

Step 3 - Select Schemes, Events and enter other relevant details.

Step 4 – Once the user clicks on save, the data is entered successfully and user name

password shared with the user through SMS

This option is to help the Ministry user search for officers aligned with Mission

The users can be search either by state, Mobile number, Name or Email

Here the user needs to select the State name, District name and scheme name and

Step 1 - The user needs to select the level i.e. State/ District/ Block/ Panchayat.

Step 2 – Select District / Block or Panchayat respectively for the level of user being

created


Step 4 – Once the user clicks on save, the data is entered successfully.

Here the user needs to select the District name and scheme name and submit the data.

assigned officer’s name and feedback date.

All the feedbacks provided by the officer for that date would be visible.

3. Central/ District Nodal Officer

The screen includes the following options for the district level officers -

The various options include –

1. View assigned villages –

This page allows the user to view the Mission Antyodaya Report for the particular

village. The name of the villages with their block name, LGD block and village code

are also displayed in the image displayed above.

2. Submit Feedback –

Here the nodal officer has the provision to give feedback regarding the scheme’s

checkpoints on the scale of High/ Medium/ Low.

Step 1 - The user needs to select the name of the village as well as the date of visit.

Step 2 - Give feedback regarding the scheme’s checkpoints on the scale of High/ Medium/

Low and fill other required fields.

Step 3 – Once the fields are filled, the form is submitted and the data is submitted

successfully.

3. View/ Print Feedback –

Here the user can view/ print the feedback form.

Once the user clicks on view feedback form, the form will be displayed and printable.

4. View ASHA list –

The user can view the details of ASHA worker along with the name of the village as well

as mobile number.
