Grand Canyon

Today I went to the Grand Canyon, the canyon really was (big)________!

I watched the sunset over the canyon. It was a (beautiful) ________ sight!

Florida

I spent today at the beach in Florida. Laying in the (hot) ______ sun made me too warm so I went for a swim in the (cold)_________ ocean. I had a wonderful time at the beach!

New York City

I toured New York City today. The streets are (busy)________!

The (noise)____________ of the city kept me awake at night. Now I understand why they call New York City the city that never sleeps!

Colorado

Today I went whitewater rafting in Colorado. I was worried that our raft might (overturn)_________ because of our (quick)__________ pace down the river. It was an exciting trip!

Seattle, Washington

In Seattle, I went to the top of the Space Needle, which is the (high)_________ structure that you see on the front of this post card. From the Space Needle I could see the (top)___________ of Mt. Rainier which is over 50 miles away!
