COMES NOW, the people of the "GRAND JURY PETITION" and states as follows:

NOTICE OF APPEAL

NOTICE is hereby given that on this 16TH day of July, 2015, We carrier for theGrand Jury Petition Eric Muathe, Noah Day, Kasey King c/o The Summary JudgmentGroup, the above named Petitioner do hereby appeal the Order of Judgment from theJune 2, 2015 ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR GRAND JURY and the Order DenyingVarious Requests and Order Limiting Further Filings from the District Court of CrawfordCounty, Kansas to the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas. The appeal hereby taken isdirectly to the Supreme Court on the ground that Petitioner did not receive due processwhich is unconstitutional due to the fact that Judge Richard Smith failed to fill out hisfinancial disclosure report for Calendar Year 2014 in the proper filing time which wasApril 15, 2015 and he filed his on May 19, 2015 the same day the GRAND JURYPETITION in case number 2015MR2P was filed and Supreme Court Rule 601 8RELATING TO JUDICIAL CONDUCT CANON 3, Rule 3.15(8) has not been heldunconstitutional and that statute along with Lori Fleming interfering in our radio ad andright to get signatures constitutes USURPATION OF OFFICE UNDER K.S.A. 60-1201,K.5.A. 60-1202(1)(2)(4)(5), K.S.A. 60-1205, K.5.A. 60-1206(a)(b), K.S.A. 60-1207 and for

violations of RULES RELATING TO JUDICIAL CONDUCT CODE OF JUDICIALCONDUCT Rule 601A which are the following: Rule 1.1, Rule 1.2, Rule 1.3, Rule 2.1,Rule 2.2, Rule 2.3, Rule 2.4, Rule 2.6, Rule 2.9, Rule 2.10, Rule 2.13, Rule 2.15, Rule 3.1,Rule 3.5, Rule 3.6, Rule 4.1, Rule 4.2 for improperly influencing a BAR attorney whowas the l l" judicial chief judge's brother to end his private economic radio contract andruin a Grand Jury Petition, and Rule 5.4 of The Uniform Bonding Code (UBC), and 5th

and 14th amendment rights to due process, and last but not least Article 1 Section 10 ofthe United States Federal Constitution is the statutes and constitutional amendmentswhich this appeal pertains to. K.S.A. 60-2101 (b) allows for appeals to go straight to theSupreme Court of Kansas for issues that deal with statutes being unconstitutional andPetitioners of The Grand Jury Petition request that the said appeal be set for hearing andnotice be given to:
