• No changes in proposed entitlements• 749 dwelling units (single-family attached and detached)• 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial uses

• Language in the development agreement amended to make references to City’s Land Development Code rather than the Flagler County Code.

• Other amendments in the Development Agreement include:• Creating Exhibit “C” - Table of uses for the Non-residential area,• Clarify that silvicultural activities may continue on subject property,• Cooperation between City and community on education to reduce

potential of nuisance occurrences of Black Bears,• Inclusion of wildfire mitigation activities, and• Donation of right-of-way for potential extension of Citation Blvd.
