Dear friends and family, There are so many of you that we think of and talk about often. You are missed and loved. This little letter is an at-tempt to give you an insight into what is happening in our lives at the moment. We Are Family Our little family is enjoying life so much at the moment. Miles brings us endless entertainment and laughter and some of his favorite things to do are: playing with cars, pointing out stars at night, wrestling and looking at himself in the mirror. Sarah is kept busy by both the little guy and big guy in her household. She gets crafty with a bunch of other ladies in the area and produces all sorts of ornate things. Also she has recently joined the local gym and is enjoying contorting herself and getting out of the house. Grant continues to keep on top of technology trends and missiology strategies. In other words lots of reading and research. A highlight of the weekdays is sitting with Sarah watching MasterChef Australia but it’s even better when Sarah tries the recipes :) Ministry Our role at NTM is continuing to morph as the agency itself moves into uncharted waters. In NTM’s purpose statement there is a strong emphasis on partnering & assisting the lo-cal church. It has become quite obvious that this area has
been lacking as relationships with churches have been de-clining. The mobilization department in which we are a part of has been working hard to offer real services that benefit and encourage the local church. This is an exciting time so please pray with us as we move forward. Trips Two significant trips are coming up. First is the trip to Indonesia in which Grant & his co-worker are to lead a ministry exposure team. Not many details can be given, but you can pray for safety between the 26th June to the 12th of July. Sarah and Miles will not be on this trip so please pray that the time apart goes quickly! The second trip is for us as a family to the USA. This will be a time to share with our church, family and friends about the last 2 1/2 years of ministry. Only Sarah’s parents have met Miles so this will be a fun time for the little guy to meet eve-ryone. We will be flying out on the 24th of July and return-ing to Laurieton on the 2nd of October. This will be a lot of travel for a 1 1/2 year old so please pray for smooth travel.
