The Norsym "White Binder" Section ListThi^bjnder serves as a handy reference for our family. Each section contains "How to Contact" detailsand/or copies of important documents. The originals of Will, Powers of Attorney, Trust documents,etc. along with insurance policies, titles to home and autos, passports, etc. are kept in fireproof filebox. We update information in the sections periodically but at least once a year. There is no oneRIGHT WAY to do this, but I believe the RIGHT THING is to do this, because You never know ©!

1. Index of sections.

2. Contact List: Family members, close friends, attorney, accountant, investmentadvisor, pension office, physicians, social security office, etc. Includes a summaryof family birth/death history and property holdings.

3. Banks and account/CD information.

4. Benefits summary (Pension, Social Security). Details are in separate sections.

5. Credit Card information.

6. Global Entry Cards or TSA documents. Copy - originals in firebox.

7. Health Care Power of Attorney. Copy - originals in firebox.

8. Income Tax preparer contact information and/or information on documentsneeded to complete tax forms.

9. Insurance - Auto and Home. Contact information; policies in firebox.Over—>

21. Works of Art/Valuable jewelry. Lists with information as to monetary orsentimental value. Include provenance documents and/or receipts, if available.
