OUR HISTORYFounded in 1995, Graphic Systems Services has its orgins in the Schriber, Harris, and Hamilton corporations...three names synonymous with technological innovation and manufacturing superiority in the graphic arts industry. Having purchased the Schriber and Harris product lines from Am International in 1995 Graphic Systems Services continues to perpetuate a tradition of excellence started over a half century ago.

In 2009, GSS acquired the assets & intellectual property of the Didde Press business. Like the Harris/Schriber business, Didde has over 50 years of experience in the web press market and has produced over 7500 presses.

NEW AND USED EQUIPMENT · GSS has been manufacturing Web Offset Presses and Roll Collators for over 45 years under the name of Schriber, Harris Graphics, and Didde.

· GSS has a variety of off-line systems to fit specific applications: · Sheeters, Folders, Punching, Perforating Die Cutting, Gluing, Rewinding

· GSS has an inventory of used printing and auxiliary equipment to meet your requirements.

REBUILDS AND RECONFIGURATIONS · GSS can modernize and/or refurbish your existing equipment. · Add print towers or special processing units to an existing press.

· Combine presses and auxiliary units to meet new market opportunities and your requirements.

· Authorized rebuilder for Goss newspaper inserters.

REPAIRS· GSS has repaired over 200 different print towers, housings, frames, cartridges, cylinders, gearboxes, and folders of all makes and models.

· Experienced in repairing all types of cylinders from small 10” wide Didde cylinders to 60” wide Goss cylinders.

· Repair old rollers to the original specifications; Copper, Steel, Chrome, Nylon, Rubber, Ink Fountain, Vibrator, Friction, Ink Storage, Rider and Water Rollers.

PARTS & SERVICE· GSS is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of Schriber/Harris and Didde Presses and Collators.

· Our facility is equipped with a modern machine shop to manufacture cylinders, rollers, gears, side frames, housings, bearers, for any make or model of printing equipment.

· Experienced Field Service personnel to solve your printing problems at your facility including trouble shooting, rebuilds and repairs.

· Equipment evaluations, plant moves, disassembly and installations of equipment, press laser alignment, cylinder repair or replacement.

CUSTOM ENGINEERED INKJET PRINTING SYSTEMS · Custom integration of Inkjet printing onto existing presses or stand alone digital transport systems.

· GSS has experienced Engineers using the latest technology in Computer Aided Design – Solid Edge, Solid Works, Auto Cad. Custom engineer, press conversions, integration of digital print systems, off-line/in-line additions, and auxiliary equipment integration.

PARTNERSHIP· GSS has designing and manufacturing partnerships with several inkjet system providers and, we are authorized integrators of their inkjet solutions.

· GSS has the expertise and has engineered customized equipment for large corporations in the packaging, label, direct mail and commercial markets. Our clientele include Kodak, HP, Goss, Graphic Packaging, RR Donnelley, and Standard Register.
