There has been an increased awareness about the potential benefits and blessings of Gratitude and

Thanks Giving. But only a few have fully understood about the dangers of ingratitude. Most of

the people even dont have an inkling about the spiralling bad luck and catastrophes that would get

drawn to our lives because of the lack of Gratitude.

Story of Karthik

Karthik is one of my closest friends. I admire him a lot because of his cheerful, enthusiastic and

hardworking nature. ven during his college days he demonstrated his leadership and

entrepreneural skills. By simply observing his life anyone can forsee the bright and promising

future waiting for him down the road.

!aving completed his MB" from a reputed Buasiness #chool in !yderabad, he directly ventured

into business and founded an overseas student service centre with one of his colleagues.

$nfortunately it was not so successful even though he tried his level best. "fter % years he had to

shut it down and started looking for a &ob. But this time he was facing another problem. 'hile his

classmates had already started their career with somne companies and promoted to some senior

positions, Karthik was in the &ob market as a fresher. !e was unable to list his business e(perience

in his resume because lately that company)s reputation had gone very bad because of the

mismanagement of his partner. *ow he is faced with a grim situation wherehe would be applying

for fresher &obs.

+uring this time he happend to watch The #ecret Movie and conse-uently became a practioner

of /". 'e together read a lot about different methods and techni-ues of /". !e became

particularly interested in a method tought by 00000000000 in his famous book 000000000. Initially he

used this techni-ues to manifest couple of small things and the result was ama1ing. !e became

super confident about this method."rmed with this newly found knowledge, he started the process to land in his dream &ob with great

dedication and commitment. !is intention was to get in a sales2marketing senior marketing

position in 34 days with an amount of salary which was normally drawn by a 54 year e(perienced

professional. !e wrote down his goal, religiously went through each and every step, practised all

clearing process and left nothing to chance.

I was not at all surprised when he got his dream &ob offer e(actly on the %6th day. #alary, &ob

responsibility, position etc were manifested almost e(actly as he intended.

'e all celebrated his fortune. Things looked beautiful, promising and wonderful for everybody

until he decided -uit the &ob after one monbth. !e was completely convinced that he would be

able to manifest anything he wanted with this techni-ue and needed not to waste his tine in this

&ob. In other words he was dreaming of becoming an instant millionaire.

I was aghast and advised him against leaving the &ob. There was nothing wrong in wanting to be a

millionaire or resigining a &ob. But here the situation was completley different. !e started

disparigning his present &ob for which once he was earnestly longing. By showing ungratefulness

he violated the very basic pillar of /". !e loudly and publicly talked about his &ob with

contempt and he was condemning the blessings in his life. !ow unfortunate777 !e failed to

remember the kind of conviction and earnestness he once shown while practising manifestation

process. !e completley forgot the ecstahe e(pperienced
