We may forget that those same events can happen in our own life or someone close to us.

Take time to be grateful for all the wonderful things that are unfolding in your life.

Take time to be grateful for all the wonderful people that have offered you support along life’s journey.

Take time to be grateful for the amenities that you’ve enjoyed - food to eat, a place to call home, a family member or friend that offers a helping hand.

Somewhere on this planet someone has less to work with, yet they too can also find things to be grateful of in their life.

Be grateful for the resilience you’ve demonstrated from life’s lessons.

Be grateful for the wisdom learnt along the journey.
