Her classes have an individualized element to them. She says, “My goal is to help each student to do his/her very best on whatever entrance exam is appropriate. But just as important is my mission to guide that student into his/her best possible college/ university placement and experience.” Katherine firmly believes, (and academic evidence backs her belief) that Latin based studies produce unparalleled results on verbal standardized test scores. To that end, she integrates one of her own textbooks with standard testing preparation materials. Katherine has an undergraduate English major, a Latin minor, a graduate degree with a writing, editing, and publishing concentration, and an ABD in Public School Administration.
