In the human life cycle, the period of a child

under the age of five years (toddlers) is the

most critical period in determining the quali-ty of life in the future. Teaching and educa-

enting skills and a positive self-concept to be

Parents are expected to have the readiness to

be a parent and understand the purpose of

nurturing the child's right to be able to pro-

duce a strong and resilient in the future - the

future. To produce child who has fear of

God Almighty, have the knowledge, confi-

dence, health, character, have a healthy sex

and the fulfillment of the children

rights. Since 1991, the Indonesian

NPFPB already established a parenting

program called Bina Keluarga Balita

(BKB). From this forum, can learn

many things and consult with the ca-

dre about toddlers and child develop-

ment in a fun and interactive ways
