History and Purpose
• Launched in the fall of 2011
• Re-launched in June 2013 – Version 2.0
• Rates the quality of participating early learning programs using a common set of standards
• Designed to increase the quality of early learning and care provided in all early learning programs
• Helps parents find the best early learning program for their child(ren)
