Clearance certificate of ESI/PF

Cover 2, should contain:-Tender document duly filled, signed and sealed with name of the agency.Both the covers shall be sealed in separate envelops clearly indicting packet 1 for Technical bid and packet 2 for financial bid.3. A Joint delegation of J&K College Teachers Association called on Minister for Higher Education Muhammad Akbar Lone & apprised him of various issues confronting the teachers of Degree Colleges of J&K State. The delegation comprised of Prof. Tariq Ashai, Prof. Avinash Gupta , Dr. Sutaish Bhan, Prof. Mir Mashook, Dr. Viay Kumar , Prof. Mushtaq Lone, Prof. G. M. Wani & others. The delegation discussed the situation after the University Councils of Kashmir and Jammu Universities & thanked the Minister for his positive approach in the council meetings with regards to college teachers. The other issues which where discussed in the meeting are: providing associate professor grade to the eligible selection grade lecturers, providing additional increment on placement from one AGP to another AGP, removing disparity with respect to University teachers viz a viz age of superannuation, prospective implementation to the new UGC scheme as and when issued, implementation of SRO 222 to college teachers, selection of Principals through Public Service Commission. The minister assured the delegation that a committee will be constituted which will look into the disparities if any between University and College teachers in different matters and also assured that various issues highlighted will be resolved on priority.
