GYEV Goal

• Consistent and cohesive introduction of electric vehicles and electric vehicle charging stations into the Greater Yellowstone Region.

• ~ 120,000 electric vehicles on roads in the US today.  

• 8,190 charging stations throughout the country.• This region is known for its conservation initiatives and values, electric vehicles have many environmental benefits.

Infrastructure Funding

• JHESP‐zero interest loans– The town of Jackson is receiving funding through the Jackson Hole Energy Sustainability Project to install the 5 charging stations in Jackson.

• National Parks– Submitted a Clean Cities National Parks Grant to receive funding for 6 charging locations and 3 vehicles.

• In other areas of the country work places have used charging stations as incentives for their employees
