A bit about us

We opened our doors in Mid-March 2020 for the

first time and honestly, we weren’t sure of what

the future would hold in store for us.

We offer a taste of tradition straight from the

streets of Greece to the Streets of America.

We created a store that will serve as the stage

for the celebration of Greek street food and

the culinary revolution that made it a global

contestant.

As luck had it, the local community really took

notice of our food and has shown us nothing

but support from day 1. Thanks to the good

people of the Union township and the all the

neighboring towns, we are still here

The Chef

Marinos has worked in the Food and Beverage sector

for over 20 years during which times he has founded

over 4 restaurant start ups across three continents .

He has worked with companies such as Dean & Deluca,

Hyatt Hotels and resorts, Chop’t Salad, Au Bon Pain and

most recently GRK Fresh Greek.

In creating Souvlaqueria, the goal is to deviate from

the mainstream the poorly executed, the average

and provide our guests with unique experiential

products and straight forward hospitality. But more

than anything else, real straight forward food with

real ingredients

We have kids too, and we know how hard it is sometimes to

provide them with not only a nutritious healthy lunch but

with an interesting enough proposition that we’ll get them

excited and replenish their energy.

To this end, we have designed a monthly menu that parents

can choose daily meals from, at an affordable price point

for the entire month. Freshly made from scratch daily and

delivered to the school promptly and safely.

With access to national foodservice accredited vendors

and a plethora of excellent ingredients, we believe that

we can support the lunch needs of our young ones, while

the parents get to cross one more item off of their newly

developed list of things to do
