• WHAT ABOUT ME?: Green Bay assistant coach Brian Barone is also a former Marquette basketball player. A teammate of Wardle’s, Barone played for Marquette from 1999-2001. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the school in 2000 and his master’s degree in 2002.

• HOW ABOUT US?: Green Bay features two players who played their high school basketball in Milwaukee. Senior Bryquis Perine attended Vincent High School while junior college transfer Jarvis Williams is a graduate of Bradley Tech.

Barnes against Northern Iowa on Dec. 11, 1982. • The 7-foot-1 Brown added seven points and six rebounds in just 18 minutes. • He scored 17 points in the team’s exhibi-tion victory over Edgewood on Nov. 8.

IN THE SCORING COLUMN • Five different Green Bay players scored their first collegiate points Saturday. • Williams (10), Brown (7), Derek Semenas (6), Clayton Heuer (6) and Baker (4).

BOARD WORK • The Phoenix outrebounded UMD 51-39 on Saturday, including 31-19 in the second half. • Green Bay had six different players cor-ral six or more rebounds - sophomore Troy Snyder (8), senior Greg LeSage (7), Baker (6), Brown (6), Perine (6) and Williams (6).

MOVING ON UP • With 1,193 career points, Fletcher is only 166 points away from cracking the program’s top-10 all-time scoring list. • After passing Ryan Evanochko Saturday, Fletcher is currently 15th all-time. • If the senior matched his 2009-10 scor-ing output, he would end his career as the fifth-leading scorer to wear a Phoenix jersey.

JOIN THE CLUB • Perine is only 381 points away from join-ing Fletcher in the program’s 1,000-point club. • As a junior in 2009-10, Perine scored 442 points in averaging 13.4 points per contest.
