• Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) – Green Label Certified– To qualify for Green Label, vacuums and sweepers must go through stringent testing that

measures soil removal, dust containment, and carpet appearance.

• Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) – Green Seal Approval– To qualify for seal of approval, extractors must undergo stringent testing that measures soil

removal, water removal, and texture retention.

• National Floor Safety Institute – NFSI Certified– NFSI certification ensures a product has passed a 2-phase testing process, proving the floor

product helps to reduce potential for slip-and-fall accidents.

• Green Seal – GS-37 Certified Detergents– Green Seal evaluates and certifies cleaning products based on criteria such as the toxicity of the

product, skin and eye irritation, skin sensitization, combustibility, toxicity to aquatic life, and packaging.

• Registered by NSF International– NSF International is an independent, not-for-profit organization which registers compounds, such

as cleaning agents, used in and around food establishments. NSF Registration ensures that formulation and labels on these products meet appropriate food safety regulations.

• U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) – LEED-EB– USGBC created LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design®) to recognize U.S.

standards for high-performance and sustainable building environments. The USGBC recognizes products that can contribute to LEED and LEED-EB (existing building) points.
