Project Summary This project aim was to increase students awareness about waste impact on the environment and motivate them to recycle more aswell as engage them to build something creative through the usage of recycled materials and give this way a strong message. The project was focused on decorating the school with used materials through recycling and re-using them aswell as implementing creative activities where students could put in use their imagination to create something beautiful from the recycled materials and this way educate them on how to waste less and recycle more.

Problem addressed and why?

The project tried to adress the waste problem and its impact on the environment especially because the lack of awareness about environmental issues and how everything impacts our health and everyday life.

The project will impact first of all the environmental behavior of the students and as a result parents and teachers will be affected too. It will promote a better use of waste and recycled materials; it will have a good impact on the school image by becoming more green and kept clean. In the end it will have a good psychological and health impact on students and teachers by making the school a nicer environment to come to every day.
