1 INT. HOME LIVING ROOM MORNING - ESTABLISHING

FADE IN:

The house is dark and the blinds are tightly closed despitethe sun already up. JUAN puts on a pair of jeans and a

sweater and gets ready to leave the house for a walk. HisSISTER is sitting in front of a computer, typing away.

JUAN(looking at his sister)

Wanna go to out for a walk with me?

SISTER(zoned out deep into thecomputer screen, monotone)

No, Im busy.

JUAN gives a look of disappointment and grabs his phone,

keys and a book. Puts on jacket, reaches out to the metallicdoor knob and leaves the house.

2 EXT. HOME PORCH MORNING - CONTINUOUS

As JUAN wants to take out his phone to check the news beforeleaving, accidentally drops his PHONE. PHONE got smashedinto pieces.

JUAN(angry yelling)

Oh shit.. Please dont tell me...No, No, NO!!!

With frustration, JUAN smashes his fist against the door,and walks off.

3 EXT. DOWNTOWN DAY - CONTINUOUS ACTION

JUAN walks around through the crowded streets.

PEOPLE on phones, plugged in, super busy. Some are on theirphones, listening to music, playing games or sitting infront of screens.

JUAN angrily manoeuvres around all the people walkingtowards him in the opposite direction.

6 EXT. DOWNTOWN DAY SPFX - CONTINUOUS

Suddenly, PEOPLE and CARS around JUAN freeze in theirposition.

JUAN

Stops walking and slowly turns his head with a shocked,confused expression. He then quickly looks back and forth inall directions with a confused and distressed expression.Starts walking forward.

PAN CUT:

7 INT. GOVERNMENT SECRET OFFICE DAY - CONTINUOUS

CHIEF AGENT

Code red! There is someoneinterrupting the system update,track it down immediately!

AGENT inputs code to locate the protagonist and sends aDRONE to that location. Black and white video trackingsystem appears and location tracker signals.

8 EXT. GOVERNMENT SECRET OFFICE - CONTINUOUS

DRONE appears on the street.

DRONE(computer voice, monotone)

Target found. Tracking...

DRONE moves forward, accelerating

9 EXT. DOWNTOWN DAY - CONTINUOUS

JUAN

sees movement far away and wonders what is going on. Sees amoving black FIGURE among frozen people.

10 EXT. DOWNTOWN ALLEY STREETS DAY - CONTINUOUS

FIGURE

Disappears into the alley. Jumping over small obstacles,hiding behind cars

JUAN

Dashes after the figure, turns a corner into the alley.

FIGURE

Turns over a trash bin, continues running

JUAN

Hears robotic noises in the back. Looks back while running.sees a DRONE turning. All city motion is back to life.

JUAN running faster, cuts corner into new street.

11 EXT. LAST STREET INTO FOREST - CONTINUOUS

JUAN is running, city background is disappearing out offocus. City noise level goes down.

FIGURE runs into the TREES and vanishes from site.

CLOSE UP:

JUAN stops panting, and kneels down from fatigue. Looks upconfused, still wondering what happened to the FIGURE he waschasing. Doesnt know where he is.

12 EXT. FIELD NATURE LANDSCAPE VIEW - ESTABLISHING

PAN:

beautiful view of the mountains and forests opens up.

JUAN mesmerized from the view in front of him. zones outstaring into the view in front of him and all the sudden hehears a deep mans VOICE behind him.

CHIEF AGENTIts beautiful eh?

JUAN(startled)

Yeah...Where am I?

As CHIEF AGENT starts talking, all the events rewind andthere are flashes of moments of JUANS life that start to

make sense to him.

CHIEF AGENTYou have reached the end of thecity and now your existence will beerased. There is no turning back,but to be a part of Green where wemonitor peoples lives throughtechnology to prevent them fromdamaging the earths nature.Because of the lack of protection,we had to take action to keep thepeace and beauty of what was given

to us. The choice is yours.

FADE OUT TO BLACK:
