Capabilities...Introducing Greenco Mechanical

Greenco Mechanical specialises in air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, dust control, process cooling and BMS systems.

Our talented team of industry professionals provide our customers with personalised and flexible solutions. We pride ourselves in delivering both quality and value for money.

When our clients choose to work with Greenco, they can be assured of seamless delivery from conception to completion.

Design

Our design team provides intelligently designed solutions for a range of environments with efficiency, reliability, and safety being our top priorities.

We pride ourselves in finding functional solutions, using some of the most advanced computer based design tools available, such as 3D modelling and Building Information Modelling (BIM), with fundamental engineering principles underpinning all our design solutions. Additionally we utilise design software which includes AutoCAD, MEP, Carrier HAP, Camel and Psychrometric analysis, MS Project and Primavera.

The work performed by our qualified engineers is overseen by key project staff with decades of experience in the mechanical services industry.

Construction

At commencement an experienced project manager is assigned as a single point of contact for each and every construction project. Our team of managers, planners and supervisors will implement a project delivery plan in accordance with industry best principles – ensuring delivery to meet the strictest of project demands.

We understand that our clients needs and priorities can change. That’s why we work closely with our clients to determine their demands and accommodate changes as required.

Greenco’s project supervisors manage and control the delivery, installation, safety, quality and commissioning on every construction site.

When specialist subcontractors and suppliers are used on projects we implement rigorous standards to ensure their quality, safety, resources and performance meet the projects requirements. Their selections rely on relationships of successful repeat performance as part of the Greenco team.

Fit Out Works

Our multi-disciplinary approach enables us to provide clients with commercial fit out solutions that cover their complete mechanical and electrical requirements.

Greenco’s team work proactively with clients, architects, designers, builders and consultants to find efficient and cost-effective solutions in the design, coordination and implementation of each project.

Commissioning

Industry best quality assurance methods are engaged to ensure all relevant inspections and testing procedures are completed, documented and reported. Mechanical systems are set up and calibrated to maximize plant efficiency, reliability and longevity.

Detailed commissioning ensures stable plant operation, thereby minimising plant downtime and any loss of production, inconvenience or discomfort for occupants. The handover of each project includes “as built” drawings and detailed plant operating and maintenance instructions.

Service and Maintenance

The highest standards of design, construction and commissioning are of little value without a total commitment to ongoing service and maintenance. We have made service an integral part of our project delivery.

Greenco provides comprehensive support with qualified technicians. Service facilities include remote monitoring of digital control systems via network connections to facilitate trouble-shooting.

Routine maintenance will ensure trouble free operation of mechanical services plant and equipment. For us the bottom line is not whether we have delivered what the client asked for, but whether we have explored every way of improving the end product to maximize efficient operation of the systems.

“We don’t just deliver the project. We do it within

budget, with confidence of its future operation”
