The Green House Effect
The greenhouse effectis a term that describeshow natural gases in
the earth's atmospherereduce the amount ofheat escaping from theearth into theatmosphere.
The more of thesegases there are, themore the Earth heatsup.

Greenhouse means?
Most greenhouses
look like a small
glass house.
Greenhouses are
used to grow plants, especially in the
winter.

Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere
Photosynthesisbalance to keepthe amount of
atmosphericcarbon relativelystable.
Industrialization,has contributedadditionalcarbon dioxideto the
environment.

Solar energy isabsorbed by the Earthand the oceans.
Reradiates back on outinto the atmosphere, into stratosphere.
The burning of fossilfuel create a veil in theatmosphere

areas in the
world.

Hypotheses about the
Greenhouse Effect.
1. The Global Warming is taking place.
2. The Global Cooling is going to occur.
3. Neither Global Warming nor Cooling

How to reduce the Greenhouse
Effect BY THE GOVERNMENT:
Stabilization of the
population growth. Reduction of air pollution
from industries (internationalagreements)
Reduction of desertification
and protection of therainforest against theclearance (nationalprograms)

How to reduce the Greenhouse
Effect BY PEOPLE:
Reduce the use of fossilfuel
Stop the clearance of
the forest
Follow therecommendations to
reduce the emission of
Greenhouse gases.

How to reduce the Greenhouse
EffectBY US
Be well inform about the consequences
of Greenhouse Effect
Change your lifestyle habits to help
save the environment
Plant trees.
Eliminate the use of CFCs

Conclusion
Cutting down forest and burning fossil fuelscreate more CO2 in the air.
When there are more greenhouse gases, more heat is radiated towards Earthssurface, this produce Global warming.
Even global temperature changes of less
than 1 degree can cause problems, like sealevel rise and changes in rainfall.
Find solutions such as: reduce population, reduce air pollution, stop desertification.
