Run Greenstone Select Start, Programs,
Greenstone, Greenstone Librarian Interface
Select File, New Give the collection a name such as
Beatles and a description Base the collection on New
Collection
Add the Content Files Select the Gather tab Click the + in front of Local Filespace Select the drive containing the
downloaded files (D: or U:) Click + to expand advbeat_small Drag 8 items to the Collection window Click Add Plugin when asked
Build the Collection
Select the Create tab Click Build Collection
