Responsibilities:† Greeting Ministry• Greet each person as they walk through the door.
Provide any necessary handouts to keep members and guests informed of any special events, functions and bible study classes going on within the church.
† Welcome Ministry• Volunteer at a Welcome Center tableo Provide a welcome packet and gift to all new visitorso Provide information to existing members and assisting
with questions
Additional Information:† Schedule• Will provide a schedule on a monthly rotation basis
o If you would like to serve more than once a month, let me know and we’ll make it work for you
† Arrival Time• You must arrive 45 minutes before you’re your assigned
service time so we may pray and work out any last minute details
† Monthly Meetings• On the first Monday of every month, we will meet at 7pm in
the Dining Hall to have dinner to discuss new ideas and address any process issues
