to frequent for a late night snack, Which is a horrible snack to have!

Obesity rates in America are increasing at an alarming rate, we need to take action now not

later!

You can do it! Eating better and healthier is easier and cheaper than you thought!

Instead of grabbing a burger, grab some fruit! As appetizing as a nice burger sounds there’s

nothing better tasting than fresh fruit from your local

market. At half the price and half the calories it’s a no

brainer!

Instead of sitting down in front of your TV while you eat make a change, dust off your kitchen table and enjoy your meal there. Eating in front of the TV often leads to over eating and couch

potato syndrome!

You know the saying “You are what you eat”? Well that is 100% true!

If you eat well and exercise a few times a week I

promise you will feel like a kid again!

And once you kick the nasty habit of fast foods

your wallet and your stomach will thank you

for your longer life!
