CON CLUSION

Majority of the respondents are partly aware of the grievanceredressal procedure.

Majority of the respondents communicate their grievance verballyby phone in my Hr. Majority of the respondents said that the majorreason of grievance is bad compensation policy.It is also seen that there is difference in opinion about the grievanceprocedure. Workmen says that they are not satisfied with thegrievance procedure while at the managerial level they are satisfied

with grievance procedure .Majority of the the respondents are of the view that they shouldhave the right to be represented by his/her union delegate ingrievance handling meeting

RECOMMEN DATION

Compensation policy of the company should improve.Grievance should be settled at the lowest level asquickly as possible.Adequate representation of workmen in grievanceprocedureTo maintain proper recordsSimple clear cut and concise grievance procedure mustbe communicated to all levels of personnel. Most

important, the supervisor must understand his/herproper role, personnel policies and labour contracts.Strong responsible and consistent managementleadership to handle personnel problems
