• New Design– First prototype using InP TRW 200 devices in both stages – Oscillations?– Substrate glued to the box using epoxy instead solder– MDM connector for the bias circuit– Gate voltage divider included in the bias circuit– Smaller size (582910.5mm)– Mechanical interface with mixer sub-assembly– SMA connectors with “O ribbon” connection (Pending due to delivery of connectors)– Final decision for ESD protection: LEDs or big capacitors (Pending)– EMC filtering (Pending)– Bias circuit in the QM and FM different from that in the DM
