OILY SKIN
Oily skin has shiny , thick and dull colored.It is prone to
blackheads. Oil producing glands are over active and
produce oil than needed .The is oozes and gives akin a
glazy shine.
A good thing is though its oily ,skin is not prone to
ageing,wrinkles,etc…
Careful cleaning and avoiding creams can be helpful in
improving quality.
DRY SKIN
Dry Skin has parched looked caused by its inabilty to
regain moiusture it usaully feels tight unless some
moisture is applied.
Dry skin can easily prone to wrinkles, fine pores, ageing
and itching.
It might look good,but, to keep it healthy apply through
care by using moiuturizers and beauty treatments
COMBINATION SKIN
Combination skin occurs when skin has two or more skin
types on face.
Combination skin is where skin is dry
and flaky innsome areaand center part of
face,nose,chin(usually called t-zone) is oliy.
SENSTIVE SKIN
Senstive skin is a fine texured skin.its easily
prone to sun burns.
Change of temperature ,cosmetics, detergents
may cause irritation
and leaves redness on skin. Senstive skin is
commnly dry.
MY SKIN TYPE
I have DRY SKIN.my skin is flaky,once I wash my face
mouisturizer is compulsary.
To maintain my skin normal, I use facewash only once in
day,and apply
mouisturizer once I wash my face.
I apply oil to my body once in aweek befor going to bath.
I use face packs that maintain my skin normal once in two
weeks.
HOME REMIDIES
YOUGURT: Apply yougurt on whole body and massage gently
leave for 10 mintues .and wash.
HONEY: Before taking bath apply honey all over body for 5 min and
take bath.
ALMOND OIL: Warm some almond oil and massage gently on
body for ½ hour before going to shower.
MILK: Add few drops of rose water and lime juice to milk. Rub this
all over body.leave for 10 minutes and wash it.
SKIN TREATMENTS
The following process is done to clean our skin:
• Take some raw milk and put some salt in milk. Dip a cotton ball
swipe it all over face .
• This process cleans the dust on the skin.
• Fill a bowl with hot water and take steam OR can use a
steam vapourizer to take steam.
• This process opens the pores in the skin.
• Take 2 table spoon of sugar with 2 tea spoon of honey.
• Now scrub for 5 min and leave for 2 min.this removes all the
dead skin on face.
• As my skin is dry skin..the below facepack helps more.
• Mix sandal wood powder and rose water into a nice paste and
apply on face and neck.wash with cold water after it dries
completly .

• Apply a toner, you can use a home made toner by mixing some cucumber juice and rose water.
• This ill maintain the pH balance.
• Finally, after all these steps you can apply alight moisturizer and eye cream.
This process helps in cleaning up of skin in he evenings so thatskin gets revertelized during night when u sleep.

It’s most managable type of hair with more styles.
OILY HAIR
Oily hair is greesy wich accumlate oil on your hair and scalp
Oily hair is basically sticky
DRY HAIR
Dry hair doesn’t have enough moisture and
oil to maintain its normal texture.
Dry hair is basically rough in texture and difficult to comb.
COMBINTION HAIR
Combination hair is neither greesy nor dry.it looks like normal hair
with overly pores open.
Its diifulct to comb on wet or dry hair.
MY HAIR TYPE
I have DRYHAIR, I apply oil once in a week and wash my hair
2 times a week with a mild shampoo and conditioner.
I apply curd and henna once in a month to maintain my hair smooth.
HOME REMIDIES
BANANA : Mash a ripe banana and spred it throughky from root to tip of hair.
leave it for 15 minutes and rinse with shampoo..u can also add
almond oil and honey to it.This is helpful for damaged hair.
FENUGREEK SEEDS : take 2 tablesppons of fenugreek seeds and soak
overnight.Make it into fine paste and apply on scalp for
half an hour.and wash it.This helps to get rid hair loss.
HONEY : Add 2-3 drops to your shampoo or conditionerand use this to wash
wash your hair ,this hepls to repair damaged hair hair and hair fall
