n economic community supported by a foundation of interesting organizations and individuals – the organisms of the business world. The economic
community produces goods and services of value to customers, who are themselves members of the ecosystem. The member organisms also
include suppliers, lead producers, competitors, and other stakeholders. Over time, they co-evolve their capabilities and roles, and tend to align
themselves with the directions set by one or more central companies. Those companies holding leadership roles may change over time, but the
function of the ecosystem leader is valued by the community because it enables members to move toward shared visions to align their investments,
and for mutually supportive roles. Highlights

People's Republic of China's Nominal Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Billions Rmb Between 1960 to 2009
In mid 1980’s, one of the Grina Principal, Mr. Jena introduced Industrial Ecosystem
to the Chinese Government. Rest is history. Simply put, interacting organizations are designed for a specific country based on their natural and human resources. Once implemented, they provide extreme value as can be seen from the following chart. Assume a single anchor industry such as a Power Plant. Following the design we get:
Case Studies:
MGT/KMCI – (3/06) provided the "Organizational
Analysis” for the town of Jupiter, Florida. The Town is
fast growing with knowledge based industries such
as Life Sciences and has become more and more
dependent upon technology in order to meet
customer demands and service commitments.
KMCI - Developing an artificial intelligence-
based architecture using AI Agent-based Technology for
Department of Homeland Security and FBI for
Counter-Terrorism. Also developed a framework for
Rescue, Relief and Recovery for the aftermath of a
natural or man-made disaster.

Harmony and Productivity
T he United States and World economies are in turmoil with no apparent end in sight. A crisis that
many say started in America, has gone global. Nobel Prize winning economist, Joseph Stiglitz in his book “Freefall” stated, tens of millions of people in developed Countries, since 2008, have slipped
into poverty because of this crisis. China produces 40% cheaper goods than America. India
provides 60% cheaper high paying Computer Services than we do, soon, China will be exporting
Steel, Automobiles, and Machineries, which at one time were America’s strengths. The methods
that worked in the past no longer work as the world has awakened to creating socioeconomic
growth for their citizens at the expense of whichever country on the losing end of the
development equation. China's continued rapid growth during
the globalcrisis re ected large scale stimulus and strong underlying growth drivers.
The World Economic Forum's Global
Competitiveness Report finds the United States has fallen to fourth position behind top-ranked Switzerland, Sweden and Singapore.
With the demise of investment banking
in the US, China has a golden opportunity to gain market share by further liberalizing its capital markets.
Case Studies:
KMCI (08/09) Lead Architect – Solution Design and Response to RFI for Electronic Systems Center of The Air Force for Enterprise Information Management including Task/Work Management,
Document Management, Content Management, Knowledge Management and Forms Management for approximately 600,000 users.
ICRC/KMCI – (12/06 – 4/07)Worked as an
Enterprise Architect for a Medicaid Proposal for the State of Alaska. Selected the COTS hardware, software and developed enterprise architecture to meet Medicaid, State and CMS needs under proposed MITA, SOA, HIPPA and CMMI Level 3 guidelines while reducing cost and improving operational e efficiency.

Graphic – Well-Balance interaction
Maximizing the regions massive intellectual capital and due to the issues external nature (imports and competitors), our focus should be external as well. The solution is not just one
isolated solution implemented in a vacuum. The solutions are a development ecosystem that
requires working with the government and private sector in multiple Countries to create a
framework of mutual benefit development using time domain analysis, systems dynamics,
advanced reasoning and Grina’s proprietary methodology.
