CLOSED BOOKINGS Closed bookings are exclusive to your group and restricted to the public If you have selected a closed session on your form you are committing to pay for all seats in the auditorium. Each of our sites has a variety of different sized auditoriums that you may choose from. If you select a closed session and wish to change it to an open session, you must notify Grand Cinemas a minimum of 10 working days prior to your booking date NUMBER OF GUESTS Grand Cinemas must be aware of an estimation of guests that is as accurate as possible. This ensures that your requests can be achieved and that your booking runs smoothly. A minimum of 20 people need to be paid for in order to receive our group booking discounted rates. If numbers are less than 20, the discounted rates do not apply and you will be required to pay full price. PAYMENTS If your group booking has more than 50 guests attending, a 50% deposit is due at least one week prior to your group booking. Payment can be made via cash, eftpos, credit or cheque directly to the site. Please contact Ebony Graffin on 9247 7413 to make payment. If this date is not suitable, please contact me as soon as possible to organise an alternative payment date. Payment for group bookings must be made a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the film. No guarantee will be made for tickets after this time. Please note if payment is not received by the date outlined and agreed upon, your group booking may be cancelled. TICKET PRICING EXCLUDES GRAND CINEMAS CYGNET First Week of Release $10.00 per person Second Week of Release $8.50 per person CANDY BAR Candy Bar purchases may be paid for via cheque, credit of eftpos only when groups have chosen the option of a discounted Candy Bar combo on their booking form or by prior arrangement with the Cinema Manager and confirmed by the Group Bookings Coordinator. CANDY BAR COMBOS: Matinee popcorn/drink $5.50 each Small popcorn/drink $7.50 each Medium popcorn/drink $8.50 each Large popcorn/drink $9.50 each Choc Bomb $3.50 each More offers available You may also choose to include candy bar in as part of your movie deal. There are two ways that you can do this; You can include it in the ticket price. For example, you may add a choc bomb to the movie ticket for $3.00. Your guests will now pay a movie ticket and choc bomb combo for $X. We will provide you with a voucher that your guests can hand in at the candy bar to receive their item/s You can select one of the options above and use it as a value-add. Your guests will use their custom made movie ticket to present at the candy bar to purchase the items at the discounted rates found above. PRE FUNCTION Food and drinks being provided at your pre function must be approved by Grand Cinemas, please talk to Grand Cinemas Group Booking Coordinator for more infomation. Products that are sold in our Candy Bar (Coca-Cola, Popcorn, Nestlé and Mars' Chocolate) must not be sold nor supplied to your guests. These items must be purchased from our Candy Bar. PRE FUNCTION LIQUOR If supplying alcoholic beverages to your guests, you must apply for an Occasional Liquor Licence from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor (RGL). An Occasional Liquor Licence may take up to two weeks to be approved.
