When it comes to steak, we serve only the finest cuts, aged for tenderness and seasoned with a unique blend. Classic cocktails, signature appetizers, delicious seafood and an

1) H O W D O I R E Q U E S T A R E S E R VAT I O N? All requests are considered based on availability. Please email [email protected] and include the following details: a contact name, email and phone number for the reservation, the date and time of your event, the projected number of guests, the menu and beverage selections of your choice, as well as any additional details including food allergies or sensitivities. A manager will respond to all requests within 24 hours or one business day.
2) H O W W I L L I K N O W I F MY E V E N T I S C O N F I R M E D? After inquiring with a store manager about a group dining reservation, you will be contacted to confirm the details of your reservation. Once these details are confirmed and your reservation is in our system, you will be notified by a store manager and/or through Open Table that your reservation is set.
3) W H AT I S T H E 48-H O U R P O L I C Y ? Without exception, you must confirm your reservation directly with The Keg within 48 hours prior to your event. Unfortunately, if you are unable to confirm the details with us at that time, we will release your reservation from our system and you will receive an email from [email protected] alerting you that your reservation is now cancelled.
NOTE: Should your guest count significantly decrease upon arrival, and you fail to provide 48 hours’ notice in advance, your party may be subject to additional fees as determined by Keg Management, with respect to the number of confirmed guests your reservation was originally intended for.
4) W H AT I F I W I S H T O C A N C E L MY R E S E R VAT I O N? Traditionally, reservations at The Keg are accepted on the “honour system.” We serve every event with the utmost courtesy and hope that our guests reflect the same courtesy back to us. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of your event should any details change after the confirmation emails are sent. Please phone the Keg you booked at to speak with a manager directly and cancel or request any changes.
5) D O W E A L L N E E D T O A R R I V E O N T I M E ? We encourage each member of your party to arrive on time, but we understand that situations will arise that cause some people to be late. If there are members of your party who are more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you inform our staff and have all members that are present proceed with their orders. Please be aware that seating for your party may need to be rearranged if a significant number of guests are late or are unable to attend.
6) I S T H E R E A M I N I M U M S P E N D? Depending on the requirements of your request, we may set an expected spend which will be noted in your official event summary. This is part of our predetermined agreement with you in order to staff, prepare and execute your reservation successfully.
7) D O YO U R E Q U I R E A D E P O S I T W H E N B O O K I N G ? Certain Keg locations may require a deposit for group dining depending on the size of the group, time of year and seating availability. When a deposit is required, a Keg manager will make arrangements with you prior to the reservation date.
8) W H AT A R E YO U R AV/P R OJ E C T I O N C A PA B I L I T I E S ? Only certain Keg locations have audio/visual capabilities. Please confirm with a Keg manager when booking your reservation.
