• Select which dates best fit your group’s calendar.
• Place an initial payment to reserve seats for your group outing. Each group is charged an annual service fee of $15.
• Determine how you would like to receive your tickets: via mail, electronically through e-mail, or picked up at Will Call at the Padres Box Office. Please note that tickets are not printed until full payment is received. If you are picking up tickets, please give at least 24 hours notice.
• Send an introductory “save the date” email to potential participants in your group outing.
• Provide your Representative with a welcome message no longer than 40 characters including spaces to be displayed at Petco Park in-game on the night of your event(s). Please refrain from using text message abbreviations or showing support for other teams or players. The Padres reserve the right to edit any welcome message.
• Let us help you make your event a success! Your Padres Ticket Representative can provide you and your group with flyers and other promotional items to help you. Please consult them before creating any materials to promote your event, as they are your best resource for all things Padres!
• Be sure to inform your group that ticket quantities are limited. Buy now and ensure the best seating and pricing in the house!
• Give your Representative a head count update regularly based on how your promotions go. Please note that children 36 inches or taller must have a valid admission ticket regardless of age.

• Begin taking orders from participants in your group and begin taking payments from group members (if applicable).
• Distribute an official Padres flyer to potential members of your group.
• If you have a promotional code, start sending out reminders to use it via email every 2-4 weeks.
