PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONThe new format ALDI store was specifically designed to fit a long rectangular corner along a busy arterial suburban road. It provides modern, spacious shopping comfort, pedestrian friendly access and ample car parking – a new dimension of quality for edge of town shopping.
The site and surrounding shops were rezoned to Business 1 to form a seamless designated neighbourhood centre with the ALDI store as its main anchor. The development is 5775m2 with a building gross of 1667m2.
The sleek design incorporates a feature corner tower and contemporary finishes including distinctive cladding made from vitreous pre-fabricated tile panels. Generous highlight windows allow natural light to flood the building and continuous verandahs provide weather protection for shoppers.
