whether you’re looking for the curved roof shape of the Zephyr or the straight roofline of the Zail, these greenhouses offer the most cost-effective solution for natural ventilation.
top-ridge vents allow heat to escape at the optimum point and are great for de-humidification and ventilation, even when the gutters are full of snow.
nexus professional engineers can design a Zephyr or Zail in custom widths from 18 feet to 48 feet on 10-foot or 12-foot bay spacing or standard greenhouse widths of 24 feet, 30 feet or 36 feet, to meet regional snow and wind load ratings.
sidewall heights traditionally are 12 feet to 16 feet providing ample interior room for equipment such as booms, shade sys-tems and hanging basket lines.
The Vertical vent design creates the chimney effect made popular by the Nexus Atrium vents on the Zephyr and Zail models.
The Zephyr at Plant Marketing features the unique EDDG vent system. The EDDG is an exterior guillotine vent that drops down for a clear wall opening, eliminating the clutter of traditional vent systems.
The Zail at Kalamazoo Specialty Plants can hold the outside ambient temperature in the greenhouse without the use of mechanical cooling. The straight line roof slope accommodates all coverings including glass.

with double poly but is adaptable to a variety of different coverings.

both the teton and the grand teton can be de-signed to meet building code requirements by the licensed professional engineers at nexus.
The Teton features a low profile Quonset roof design for a cost-effective, energy efficient growing environment. The clear span trusses provide maximum growing space and use a minimal amount of roof covering. Tetons and Grand Tetons are both adaptable to a rigid roof. They can initially be covered with poly and then adapted to a rigid covering.
The Grand Teton has a modified gothic arch roof design with a steeper slope for better condensate control. This high overhead clearance also facilitates crop movement and hanging equipment.
Both the Teton and Grand Teton use trusses that are capable of supporting overhead basket systems or watering booms without additional structural changes.
