Woot off :-This type of event happen on April fool`s (2008) day.woot is offering a same product repeatedly except for a brief period.

Bag of crap :- it means random crap. BOC contains at least three items sold whose value & quality are not guaranteed . but sometimes expensive items are included. The BOC typically triggers thousands of order requests and sells out within seconds.

2 – for –Tuesday :- Since January 10, 2006, Woot has two-packs of products every Tuesday. Woot has used this day to offer quantities greater than a 2-pack, such as 3-for-Tu3sday, 4-for-Tue4day, 5-for-Tue5day, 6-for-Tue6day, or 10X-Tuesday

Others events :- On September 12, 2007, Woot entered into a partnership with Yahoo! and created a new site, sellout.woot.com .winewoot.com,kidswoot.com, dealwoot.com,shirtwoot.com.

Weakness :- Only 3 items you to buy. The BOC

contains at least three items whose value and quality are not guaranteed, ... Due .to state legislation.

Product cant be repeated in another time, due company loss the consumer.

Company is tie -up only one shipment company (Fedx.co.) in US market.

Deal in limited product like one day one deal is this case company loss the customers .

Opportunity :- Find out the another shipment company and tie

–up with them.so company send a goods at time.

Such items shall be repeated ,when a consumer has been demanded.

Traits :- Keep the observation of all competitors' like

buycom, amazon.com. Deal price aren`t a great. So much, because

company generally deal in single type of product.
