• Precise Flow Control — The ten-turnpotentiometer provides greater control over thepump’s discharge flow rate for better accuracyand precision during sampling.
• Wide Performance Range — Instead ofoperating according to one performance curve,the Redi-Flo VFD allows for coverage of arange of performances and can function at anypoint of operation within that range.
• Motor Protection — The Redi-Flo VFD willprotect the Redi-Flo Variable PerformancePumps from adverse motor conditions such as,over-and-under-voltage, over-current, andgroundfault.
• Dual Input Power Capability — Either 120V or 230V, single-phase AC input power isaccommodated simply by changing the powercord terminations.
• Dual Functionality — The Redi-Flo VFD can be easily switched to operate either theRedi-Flo2® pump or the Redi-Flo4™ VariablePerformance Pumps.
• Remote, Automatic Operation — The Redi-Flo VFD can be remotely operated andcontrolled by an external 4-20 mA signal from adevice like a pressure transducer or flow meter.With the use of a PID, along with a pressuretransducer or flow meter, the Redi-Flo VariablePerformance Pumps can maintain a constantdraw down within the well, or maintain aconstant flow rate from the pumps.
• Dry-Run Protection — The Redi-Flo VFD canbe configured to protect pump and motor fromexperiencing a prolonged “dry-run” condition.The drive can be automatically restarted after aspecified delay.

Designed for long-term reliability indedicated monitoring wells,the Redi-Flo2 ® providesoptimal sample quality witheither traditional purging prior to sampling, or lowdraw-down passive samplingwhen operated with the newRedi-Flo VFD.
Study after study has shownthe Redi-Flo2 ® VariablePerformance Pump is theideal sampling device forrepresentative groundwatersamples.
The Redi-Flo4™ VariablePerformance Pumps aresubmersibles constructedof virgin Teflon® andstainless steel to handlethe rigors of contaminatedgroundwater monitoringand continuous operationin remediation applications.The Redi-Flo4™ VariablePerformance Pumps aredesigned to operate in 4inch and larger wells todepths of 590 feet. TheRedi-Flo4™ pumps havea built-in check valve toprevent back-flow in thewell after the pump isshut down. A user-friendly cable guard aidsin the ease of variablelength motor leadinstallation.

The Redi-Flo Variable FrequencyDrive (VFD) has been uniquelydesigned to operate and protectthe Redi-Flo2 ® VariablePerformance GroundwaterSampling Pump and the Redi-Flo4™ Variable PerformanceSampling/Remediation Pumps.Due to the revolutionaryelectronics within the Redi-FloVFD, the operator can easilychange between the Redi-Flo2 ®
Pump or the Redi-Flo4™ VariablePerformance Pumps by simplyturning a knob. With the turn ofanother knob, the operator canprecisely control the dischargeflow rate from the pump from amaximum of 50 gallons perminute to a minimum of 100milliliters per minute, to depths to 590 feet of head.
Unlike most variable frequencydrives, the Redi-Flo VFD iscompatible with either 120V or230V single-phase, AC inputpower. The operator can simplychange the terminations of thepower cord to accommodate thedifferent voltages.
The Redi-Flo VFD can also beoperated in the “Automatic Mode”in which the drive’s outputfrequency is directly related to a4-20 milliamp input signal.
The Redi-Flo4 ™ provides up to50 gallons per minute for purgingand remediation.
Smooth, continuous, uninterrupted dischargeflow rate is possible with the Redi-Flo2 ®.
