Goals

checking for the national project teams, presenting newcomer(s) and introducing them/her/him the structure of the partnership and the participants to the Practicum

presenting the project calendar for the 2nd year of the project from September to December 2014

negotiating the project reunions (Vialonga - Portugal and Patras - Greece)

fixing every institution's tasks for October 2014

2. Project Calendar 2014-2015 November 2014Webconference - Practicum; versions of project thesaurus (words

and expressions from national traditions translated into English); testing the new software for thesaurus; dissemination activities; local practicum in participating institutions

December 2014Webconference - Practicum ; evaluation report of the use of the

project’s website; finishing the placement of course supports, evaluation and multimedia items of project's LMS; updated versions of the software created to integrate the course supports; versions of project thesaurus for the project partners.

4. Tasks for October 2014 Multimedia Laboratory of Patras University: creating a software for thesaurus in flash; All the project partners: creating and validating the

course supports and the multimedia items (validation is made by the coordinator); putting the courses and the multimedia on project's LMS;

All the project partners: creating a procedure for selecting the target-groups of adult trainees;

All the project partners: checking the completion of the Evaluation questionnaires;

All the project partners: creating a questionnaire for checking the satisfaction of the beneficiaries

ECDL Cyprus: learning instruments for IT to introduce into a course for the IT-literacy of adult trainees
