What is GS1 GoScan?
A smart phone application designed to deliver detailed product data to shoppers via scanning a barcode or via a text based search. Key functions include:

In June 2009, with leadership from the Australian Food and Grocery Council leading manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and government agencies started collaborating to establish a single web based portal
