A. Course Description

The course deals with the scientific study about ethical behavior in business, social responsibility of business and good governance. The importance of the course is purposely to ensure future application of student knowledge and skills on the aforementioned areas of study. The content of the course are ethical, social and good governance theories, concepts, principles, assumptions, situations and scientific studies, models and views which based from various authorities.

B. Course General Objectives

At the end of the course, business management students are expected to;

1. Develop knowledge and understand about the importance of ethics and social responsibility as well as good governance.

2. Develop wider perspective on ethical behavior, social responsibility and good governance.

3. Develop comprehensive knowledge about business ethics, social responsibility, leadership and good governance.

4. Appreciate the importance of ethical behavior, social responsibility, and environmental study as part of business operation and premise.

5. Develop a conceptual, administrative and leadership skills as requirement for business professional courses and a pre-requisite to growth potentials.
