MACO Hinge Protector

The Stay Guard Elite can be fitted as standard

to a new window or alternatively, retro fit as a

security enhancement. With no routing required,

the Stay Guard Elite is simple to fit with no

maintenance required.

Providing additional hinge side protection

against manipulation, the Stay Guard Elite

helps windows to meet the requirements

for PAS 24 when secured into reinforcement.

Hinge side protector available in two styles to suit

standard and egress friction stays with options

suitable for 13mm or 17mm stack heights.

The MACO Hinge Protector is an easy to fit, non-profile

related hinge security system which can be fitted during

fabrication or as a retro fit security device. The protector

is suitable for aluminium, PVCu and timber profiles and can

help towards achieving PAS 24 accreditation.

An innovative product, the Snap-Lok will assist

windows and doors to meet the requirements

of PAS 24 when fitted correctly.

Parts are profile related, please contact the sales

office for advice of the correct part for your profile.

A spring device designed to improve the seal of a sash

between the lock and hinge sides, specifically on the vertical

sides of large top hung windows.

On closing the window, the Bow Constrictor device assists

compression between the sash and frame while also allowing

use of the night vent locking positions when required.

Wedges are available in white, black, brown or tan.

A spring device designed to improve the seal of the sash

at the hinge side of a side hung window or the side of a

top hung window.

On closing the window, the sash spring pushes against

the frame wedge to ensure a sufficient seal is achieved.

The universal design means that the GT Sash Seal is

suitable for all window profiles (aluminium, PVCu and

timber) providing it is used alongside a friction stay.
