Gt03 Production of Mock-up

Whatever the sector you are operating in, when you develop a new product idea and particularly if this idea involves an industrial design work, you can make design verifications on the mock-up's which are very similar to the real product. It is obvious that regardless how well it is presented on paper, it will be very imaginary when compared with mock-up. After all, verification of how the new products will look like after they leave the production line shall relieve you from unwanted surprises. You can offer the new product to your customers as mock-up and take their comments before you actually produce it. We are always aware that mock-up is the most important tool for the verification of the industrial design. Of course production of a perfect mock-up requires extensive experience.

We wish to demonstrate you that we have very serious background in this area. Quality of the tools that we use, our competence at mock-up design and our captiousness in selecting the material and the paints all serve to a unique purpose:

How do we work?

GT03-M01 Understanding you: As all of other services, this step is a preliminary meeting for understanding and discussing with all visuals what you think about indus-trial design, which is probably the only com-mon point of our services.

What do you aim with your visuals? We talk in detail about the properties of your colors, tissues and materials. Deciding about what materials we should use by assessing the in-formation we have received from you is only possible upon satisfactory completion of this step.

GT03-M02 Tell you how we will do it. We shall develop a mock-up de-sign solution after we review the information that we received from you. We offer this solution to you in writing and in visual representation, if requ-ired. We provide you complete information about the materials and the tools that we shall use in order to produce mock-up. This is also our com-mitment. We also explain in this presentation the time frame in which we shall accomplish this task.

GT03-M03 Production: We produce the mock-up using the most appro-priate production techniques hypercorrectly as required. We produce it with the presumption that we must be satisfied first. We know better than everybody else that a perfect surface could only be attained by an excellent paint. Therefore we have established our own paint shop thus maximizing our control. Thanks to this, we have had the opportunity to maintain a R&D department in color and paint technologies.
