The following are some of the common symptoms caused by mineral deficiencies:

NUTRIENT DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS

Vitamin A Poor vision, coordination and reproduction.

Vitamin D Poor utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

Vitamin E Reproductive failure, muscle weakness, oxidized flavor in milk.

Calcium Poor bone development, growth and milk production, rickets. Delayed uterine involution, small corpora lutea,cystic ovaries, retained placenta.
