GUC AND RTU, LATVIA AS STRATEGIC COOPERATION PARTNERS A new frontier for international exposure has been opened to all GUC students and staffs. After a successful visit of a delegation from Riga, Latvia to the GUC on February 27th, 2014, a delegation of GUC headed by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mansour – GUC Prime Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, including Amb. Nihad Zikry, Director of International Policy Planning and Ms. Yomna el Shazly, Head of Student Affairs visited Riga in the period from May 28 th – 31 st , 2014 to crown the long discus- sions with the counter delegation for the establishment of a success- ful relationship between GUC and Latvian Universities for coopera- tion on the academic, scientific, cultural and educational level. The road of the collaborative discussions has been embraced by a distinguished event for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of a framework agreement between Riga Technical University and the German University in Cairo. GUC AND RTU, LATVIA AS STRATEGIC COOPERATION PARTNERSA new frontier for international exposure has been opened to all GUC students and sta�s.

After a successful visit of a delegation from Riga, Latvia to the GUC on February 27th, 2014, a delegation of GUC headed by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mansour – GUC Prime Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, including Amb.
