Why didn’t the Pirate want to take up golf?

Because he had a severe hook.

The 3-Day Member/Guest Committee is working diligently to put together a 3-Day (okay, 4-Day) program that will be a weekend to remember. We’ve tried to find ways to cram more action and more eating into a 3-day window, but the laws of physics just won’t allow it.

We start on Thursday the 20th with an optional practice round and field competition. COUPLES GOLFBy John and Louise Moore

The 2013 couples season got off to a rousing start on Sunday, April 7th with thirty-four couples playing a two best ball format (one male, one female) of the foursome over 18 holes. Because of the surprisingly large number of participants in this first event of the season, several groups were unable to complete 18 holes before darkness. However, all groups completed 15 holes and the five lowest scoring foursomes were awarded prizes. First place with a net 115 went to Steve and Adriane Thormahlen and new club members Christian and Kimberly Saunders. Mike and Cindy Saylor and Don and Kim Doering split the second place prize (net 116) with Michael and Ruth Smith and Yousi Ma and Beverly Miras. Tom and Donna Skrobala and Rick and Lori Farro placed fourth with a net score of 118. Fifth place saw a tie at 121 between the foursomes of Joe and Joanne Milazzo and Gary and Betty Church with Mike and Peggy Cifrino and Bill Zemitis and Loraine Blackwood.

The first Friday evening competition, April 12th, saw a smaller turnout probably because of the morning’s soaking rain as well as other club events occurring at the same time. Playing a scramble, the foursome of Oliver and Lynn Easterwood and Bruce and Bonnie Peterson finished first. Second place went to Bill and Kathy Jones and Tom and Donna Skrobala while Johnny and Karen Harper and John and Louise Moore took third.

All who participate in couples’ golf owe a big debt of gratitude to Lee and Jill Radek for their leadership over the previous seasons. We are sorry that Lee can’t be with us to see the fruit of his labors, but we know he is double checking all the score cards from on high.

Be sure to register your foursome on-line under the upcoming events tab; you will also be able to see the format of future events under the couples’ tab well in advance. If you have any ideas for new formats or for improving the couples experience, please let Louise ([email protected]) or John ([email protected]) know.

Golf Course ReportBy Lentz Wheeler, Golf Course Superintendent

The golf course is enjoying this cool weather. We have opened the driving range for play on grass and expect to open the chipping fairway by May 1st. Play will be limited to mats only on Mondays and Tuesdays. The chipping fairway will follow the same schedule. Have you checked out our golf course blog on the website yet? There is some pertinent information on how to practice and enhance recovery of the turf. Check it out by visiting http://springfieldgccturfcare.blogspot.com/.

All the new tees will open on May 15th as well as the new sod on fairways eight and fifteen. The cool weather has been a big bonus for growing grass this spring and we are seeing some great roots. Grass plants maximize root growth in the spring. Aeration can enhance root growth by creating channels for deeper rooting. And this leads to, drum roll please, greens aeration! Green core aeration will begin on May 6th followed immediately by sand topdressing. The turf should be quite vigorous at this time and recovery should be quick if the temperature stays warm. This is a necessary evil that is the best preventive method known to keep greens healthy. The

holes will not be big, just big enough to allow the sand topdressing to be worked into the hole and fill them. We will also vertical mow the greens at this time to reduce some of the lateral growth and promote more upright growth.

We are about to be invaded by the seventeen year cicada. This is an amazing natural phenomenon that occurs only a few times in our lives. The cicadas emerge from underground with only one thing on their mind and it is not food. As a matter of fact they don’t eat a thing once above ground. The nymphs emerge, shed their skin and then look for a mate. The noise they make is the male cicada calling for a mate. Once they mate, the female lays her eggs in the branches of trees and the adults die. The eggs hatch and the young nymphs climb down and enter the ground and begin eating for a seventeen year period, returning in year 2030! The most harmful aspect is the damage to tree branches where the eggs are laid. Consider putting netting over any young trees to prevent any damage. Good luck!

Golf Pro’s PointersBy Josh Tremblay, PGA

Our first 1⁄2 Day Member Guest of the year will take place on Wednesday, May 15th and it is the 10th Anniversary of the Bob Bruce Memorial 1⁄2 Day Member Guest. This is a special event for our club and it usually fills up quickly so be sure to sign up! Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the tournament begins with a 1:00 p.m. shotgun. The entry fee is $120 per team of two and it includes food, prizes, golf cart. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served during scoring and awards following the tournament.

Odyssey Golf, which is the #1 Putter in Golf, was the #1 Putter at the Masters with over a third of the field using an Odyssey Putter. Their new Versa line, which features Visionary High Contrast Alignment, and the new White Hot Pro putters both incorporate the feel of the original White Hot insert. Odyssey has come out with a revolutionary and very easy way to fit golfers into the proper putter style. Based on your eye position at address, eyeFIT can help you find the putter that best fits your stroke. Take a few minutes to get eyeFIT the next time you come by the golf shop, and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the results.

When was the last time you changed your wedges? These clubs seem to get a raw deal when golfers are looking for new clubs because everyone is looking for

renewed length with a new Driver or Fairway Wood. But take a second to think about how many shots you hit in a given round with a wedge…especially when compared to those taken with a wood! Whether it’s a full shot, a pitch, chip or bunker shot, the grooves on your wedges are probably worn down. I would suggest getting new wedges every two years but if you play a lot you might want to consider shortening that time frame up to either twelve or eighteen months. Titleist Vokey Wedges, Cleveland 588 Rotex Wedges and Callaway Forged Wedges continue to be our most popular offerings.

We have three remaining Guest Days in 2013 and they are on May 16th, June 17th and August 6th – Pricing for Guest Day is $50 and includes a mandatory cart. Please also note that we will be hosting afternoon outings on the following Mondays: May 20th, June 3rd, June 10th, August 5th, August 12th and August 26th.

Finally, to see if anyone really reads my article, any member who is currently using a golf bag with the OLD Springfield logo on it is eligible to get an additional 10% off the member price on the purchase of a new golf bag. You must mention my Club Life article and this promotion is only valid for the month of May! Currently we have bags in stock from Callaway, PING, Taylormade, Titleist and also SunMountain for ladies bags.

Saturday has two more rounds of four-ball…and more food…followed by everyone’s favorite, the in-flight shoot out. Saturday night, we’ll have our dinner-dance in the clubhouse. Once again, the Chef is pulling out all the stops with the menu, offering plenty of traditional fare along with a few special items that you won’t want to miss. Up in the ballroom, we’ll have live entertainment into the night.

Sunday wraps up with the final four-ball match…and more food…followed by the final round of the putting contest (where a 50-plus foot putt gets the winners $5000), and the championship shoot-out to crown the overall winner.

Registration for this extravaganza is underway, and closes on May 18th. After that, we’ll conduct our lottery based on membership class, and then post the results. If you miss the deadline, you can still sign up after that, but you’ll be put at the bottom of the wait list, regardless of membership status.

Must I Post a “Practice” Round?By Len Belter

I have been asked occasionally about whether one must post a round which is played purely for practice. The short answer is that you must post it if it is played in accordance with the Rules of Golf. The long answer is a bit more complicated. Basically it relies on your integrity to play your round under the Rules of Golf, while recognizing that the Rules put significant limits on the amount of “practice” authorized during a round.

Let’s examine a few realistic scenarios. You decide at the beginning of your round that it will be a “practice” round which you do not intend to post. This is OK but only if you also decide that you are not going to play the round in accord with the Rules of Golf. If you “practice” by using a different club than you would normally use in a given situation, or take a different swing or otherwise practice something new for you but you play the same ball from tee to green, play the ball as it lies, use authorized clubs and hole out on each hole (or pick up a short putt you are likely to make and record a stroke), you are playing a round within the Rules of Golf and it must be posted.

Now assume you really do make a number of practice strokes in addition to the strokes used to play your ball from tee to green and into the hole. Remember a practice swing is not a stroke. Under Rule 7 of the Rules of Golf, you cannot take any practice stroke during the play of a hole. What you can do is practice putting and chipping between the play of any two holes on or near the green last played or on the teeing ground of the next hole to be played, except you cannot hit a stroke from the hazard. Playing two balls is never in accord with the Rules of Golf for either ball (USGA Handicap System Manual section 5d-1).

Does this mean if you take out your frustration at a bad shot by immediately dropping another ball and hitting the shot again for “practice”, or re-hit the short putt you just missed, you cannot record the round? Not necessarily. The posting requirement recognizes that we all occasionally may play an unauthorized practice shot. But so long as the required number of holes (13 of 18 or 7 of 9) are played in accordance with the Rules of Golf, i.e. without any extra “practice” stroke, then the round is acceptable and must be posted (USGA Handicap System Manual section 5f).

Now let’s address the personal integrity aspect. The fact that hitting a practice stroke is not in accord with the Rules of Golf creates an opportunity for abusing the system. At some point in a round one could deliberately start taking practice strokes with a view toward doing so on enough of the holes as a means of avoiding posting the round for whatever reason. It is basically a matter of judgment and integrity—a balancing of two key ingredients. The first is that every round in which the required number of holes are played in accordance with the Rules of Golf must be posted. This is the only way for the statistical averages which are at the core of the handicap system to work. The second is that you should not abuse the system by deliberately playing practice shots in order to avoid having to post any given round.

May 2013

Retirees CornerBy Bill Gaffney

April 4th dawned cold but dry for the opening bash. Thirteen new members joined the champion SGCC retirees for the 2013 season. Jeff Ackerman, Terry Collins, Bob Dickman, John McMullen, Neil Robinson, Max Salas, Skip Newcomb, Jim Wilson, Jim Woods, Rick Farro, Mike Taylor, Hank Webb, and Jim McClaughry have come on board to help the gladiators attempt to repeat as N.V.R.M.G.A League Champions.

The first order of business, after donuts and coffee naturally, was to determine which team would keep the horses-end trophy during the season. The Blues had managed to retain it all of last year and over the off season. As a member of the Blue team, I contributed mightily to that sour streak. So during the balancing of the teams by handicaps, I was traded to the Reds and promptly helped them lose 21.5 to 14.5 to the Blues. Tells you something!

After a bone chilly cold start (30 minute frost delay), 61 retirees (24 Blue and 37 Red) had five hours of spirited competition followed by a nice lunch and it was a wonderful way to open the season.

Three point winners were Tony Caggiano/Mike Cifrino, Bob Edge/Bill Killoran, Craig Maxey/Ron Cook all for the Blues; Skip Newcomb/Travis Farris, Tom Skrobala/Bob McNamara for the Reds.

Two and a half point winners were Charlie Causey/Rick Farro, Bob Brien/Jim Wilson, Ron Deane/Bob Runger. Two point winners were Tom Field/Charlie Orrico and Roger Applegate/Mike McCarthy. In the sweeps, Mike Eggleston/Mike Choi (Reds) took first place with a 58 while Bob Brien/Jim Wilson (Blues) were second with a 60, Craig Maxey/Ron Cook and Roger Applegate/Mike McCarthy both had 61’s for third and fourth on a match of cards and fifth place went to Oliver Easterwood/Josh Adair with a 62. All things considered a very good start for the season. Last years team members were presented with Championship season head covers-so if you haven’t received yours, go to the pro shop and sing up for one.

The first league match was the following Thursday against Belle Haven here at home and the Red team

delivered a true winning performance 21-15. Our 3 point winners were Lynn Blasch/Lou Bayhylle, Travis Farris/Terry Collins and George White/Jerry Rietman. Contributing 21⁄2 points were Peter Lee/Bill Gaffney and Bob McNamara/Rod Lantier. The Reds swept the sweeps! 1st place Don Frederick/Tom Skrobala (56); 2nd with a 58 was Travis Farris/Terry Collins, 3rd was Bob McNamara/Rod Lantier with a 59 and 4th was George White/Jerry Rietman (61). In the match Charlie Causey was 1st with an 80, Mike Choi had an 85 for 2nd while the sweeps medalist was Reds Co-Captain Tom Skrobla with a sparkling 77.

The red shirted Mt.Vernon team visited the Springfield Blues the following Thursday. Captain John Moore’s team delivered a solid 241⁄2 to 111⁄2 win. Three point winners were: Bob Jewett/Bob Brien, Earle Shaw/Tom Skrobala, and Ron Deane/Bob Runger. Four pairs won 11⁄2 points: Bruce Nordstrom/Chris Demeritt, Bill Schneider/John Moore, Walt Szczypinski/Jim Foster and Bruce Petersen/Craig Maxey. Two groups took 2 points: Charlie Orrico/Jim Freeman and Bob Edge/Ron Cook. In the sweeps the gladiators took 1st, 2nd and 4th places. Charlie and Jim beat a Mt.Vernon pairing at 60 on a match of cards for 4th place. Jim Harper/Travis Farris took 2nd with a 50, Jim had a 78/64 on his own ball and in 1st place was Bob Brien/Bob Jewett with a 55. Bob Jewett shot a 67 gross for a 59 net on his own ball. Awesome! So far it’s a great way to start our quest for a repeat championship. Stay tuned!

We are Proud to Announce SGCC’s Own Pastry Chef

Brandy Kaufman

I lived in New York my whole life until now. I’ve been working in the industry since I was 18 years old. My first job in the industry was at a restaurant and I was the baker and lead prep cook. I worked there for eight and a

half years while in high school and college. I graduated with my

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality Administration in 2007.

I moved on to be the pastry chef at a high end corporate steak house. Then went on to work at an upscale bakery, where I really learned how to decorate cakes and make wedding cakes.

Two years later I became the pastry chef at a private country club. I loved that they let me be creative and I was really able to interact with the members. Please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me at the club. I am here to help make your events memorable.

I just got married November 3rd in Atlantis Bahamas and 20 days later I had to move to Alexandria Virginia. The Company my husband was working for went out of business and he landed a job right away as a project manager for a construction company. We have recently sold our first house in New York and once we know the area a little better, plan on buying a house here. I am very excited to be here at Springfield Golf and Country Club and I look forward to my future here.

and updating the SGCC experience. More details in the next issue.

May looks like it’s going to be an exciting month! We start by celebrating Cinco de Mayo at our Attitude Adjustment Hour on the 2nd (yes, I know, it’s not the 5th). We then have several exciting golf and tennis events, along with our Mothers’ Day brunch on the 12th. We wrap up the month with the pool opening on the 25th

and the Keith Taylor Birthday Picnic on the 26th

(known to some as Memorial Day). It will be a fun month!

See you at the club!

WGA-18 NewsBy Lynn Easterwood

Spring is arriving and we are into full swing for our 2013 Golf Season! Our course is so beautiful right now with all the flowering trees, magnificent peony tulips, and the pansy beds around number 18. Thank you Lentz and staff for making our course so resplendent!

April 1st brought our Opening Scramble with the Nine Hole Ladies. The weather was cooperative for once this early in the season and a good time was had by all. The Scramble format is so forgiving for early spring golf, as when you go astray, your teammates step in and carry you. That is what made this the perfect game for the first of the year. Thanks to the 9 Hole Ladies for planning such an enjoyable event.

Our regular Tuesday game began a week later and we opened with our new once a month “Blind Date” format. Individuals were paired randomly into foursomes by the Pro Shop thus promoting the opportunity to meet and play with many people you had never swung a club with before. I heard many positive comments about this approach and I was grateful that you all embraced something new. There will be a “Blind Date” format once a month on Tuesdays and Saturdays and this gives our group a more inclusive look. Thanks for supporting this.

We just completed our President’s Cup Tournament on April 20th. There was a good turn out and congratulations are in order to the following ladies:

Low Gross Jackie McClelland2nd Low Gross Carmel KingLow Net Lynn Easterwood2nd Low Net Jackie CaggianoT-3rd Kathy Mitchell and Choon YoonT-4th Ruth Smith, Helen Waters and Vivian Watkins

Both of our ARFAX Teams are in full swing, having already completed two matches. They are both in first place as of today and we look forward to their continued success. Our last match was played at Springfield and our course was in full bloom. We were so happy to show it

off to the ladies from all the other participating clubs. We wish continued success to both

teams. The Career Women’s League has also begun as well as the Districts, so there is much organized golf going on this season.

We kick-off our major tournament schedule with the 6-6-6 Tournament on

April 28th. Then fast on its heels, comes the ever popular Maypole Tournament on May 7th.

We look for a good turn out for both. Remember you have already paid your entry fees to all the

major tournaments, so sign-up and get your money’s worth!

Helen Waters and Betty Cameron have been feverishly working to organize our premier event of

the season, our Ladies Member Guest on June 25th. The application forms have been mailed out, but are

also available on line and in our scoring room. The theme, “Here Comes the Bride,” promises to be lots of fun. Sponsors have been signing up to support this major event and door prizes are being solicited. The Committee is meeting to tie up all the details and plan the menu and decorations. If you have an idea or can volunteer to help in any way, please see Betty or Helen.

There are so many ways to participate in the 18 Hole WGA and I hope you will plug into as many as possible! See you on the course!

Seeking Support for 88th U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship

Fairfax County Park Authority is proud to host the 88th U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship at Laurel Hill Golf Club in Lorton on July 15-20, 2013.

This 4th oldest championship conducted by the United States Golf Association will be held for the first time ever in Virginia. The winner has historically earned an invitation to play in the prestigious Masters Tournament!

Such an honor requires additional safety and operational preparations. Financial and in-kind

contributions are needed from individuals and organizations to help make this possible. Three to four hundred volunteers are also needed to support the championship. Contact Keith Taylor at 703-623-8550 for more information.

WGA-9 NewsBy Susan Kirshenbaum

April turned out to be a busy month for golf. The weather man has cooperated with us by providing days where we actually could play in April. When we awoke to snow on March 25, who would have thought that 1 week later we would actually be playing golf!

April 1 was our opening scramble with the WGA18 women and the weather cooperated. We had sunny skies and mild temperatures for play. Anne Poad and her committee did a wonderful job of planning a buffet breakfast, providing goodie bags for the carts and organizing the scramble with teams comprised of 18-hole players and 9-hole players. Congratulations to the first place team of Judy English, Louise Moore, Amy Rosenberger, and Barbara Wojanis

April 8 was the Membership Tea at Donna Alexander’s home. Again the weather was perfect. We toasted the new golf season with champagne and strawberries and then feasted on delicious sandwiches and sweets. Many thanks go out to Donna for allowing us to use her home for the event and to Margie Jones, Deb Hincewicz and Donna who made the tea happen. You ladies missed your calling as party planners.

We have been playing on our usual Monday play dates and have had a nice turnout each week. I want to encourage all WGA9 members to come out and play with the group. You may think your play is not at the level you would like, but in the game of golf, you never know what will happen. On April 8, our first regular play date, Prudence Brooks had the round of her life and was named Player of the Week.

In addition to our Monday play, we have some events to look forward to in May.

The Spring Tournament is scheduled for May 13. It will be a one day event. I encourage all WGA9 members to come out and play. The Pro Shop creates 4 women teams based on handicaps, so each team should be balanced by players abilities. It is a great way to play with other WGA9 members who you might not have played with before. Plan to stick around after play to have lunch with your teammates and see if your team won a prize!!!

Just a reminder that we will have our regular play day on Wednesday, May 29 because of the Memorial day Holiday.

Under the category of “What do I do Now?” I would like to highlight the Local Rule for Hole #4.

“On hole #4 as additional option under Rule 25-1 (Ground Under Repair) for interference by the flowerbed, a player may use the DZ in front of the green, in addition, on Hole #4 as an additional option under Rule 26-1 a player may use the DZ in front of the green for all play from the green tee markers.”

What does that mean to us? Any time we are playing from the green tees and our tee shot enters the hazard, we are permitted to advance to the drop zone and take our next shot from there. We do not have to re-tee the ball. Always remember that you must take a penalty stroke when the ball is unplayable in the hazard.

The Local Rules are posted on the WGA9 bulletin board and are available from the Pro Shop.

See you on the Course!!

Tennis ChatterBy Bob and Karen McNamara and Dave Ruben

Well not “everything that happens at the Greenbrier stays at the Greenbrier”. What can be reported was that all the participants in SG&CC’s first “Icebreaker at the Greenbrier” had a wonderful time. Delicious food, surprisingly successful gambling, spas and massages, but most of all, the tennis was both competitive and fun. Following a clinic conducted by the Greenbrier tennis staff on Saturday morning, we ventured onto the outdoor courts in true icebreaker tradition to play our first matches in sunny but windy conditions. On Sunday morning we opted for the indoor courts to finish the tournament. In an exciting tiebreaker finish, the team of Scott Schaefer, Karen McNamara, Kim Sabo and Prudence Brooks defeated a team of Bob McNamara, Michele DiRenzo, Patty Evans and Ann Stanley. In the consolation bracket, the team of Thach Le, Kristin McNamara, Christina Folz and Lynne Schaefer defeated of team of Michael Thimblin, Kim Doering, Sharon Ruben and April Hurley. All the matches were well played and typically decided in the third set. Special thanks to Dave Ruben for all his efforts in making this such a memorable experience.

Next up on the tennis calendar is The Bisque. Our premier event is for all levels, and for both men and women. The tournament lasts for 3 days, with the Finals played on Memorial Monday. We will begin on Friday evening with the “live” drawing of partners and awarding of “bisques” as well as considerable debate on the ‘fairness’ of the number of bisques assigned each team. The entry fee of $75 per player includes hors d’oeuvres

on Friday evening, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and prizes for the winners. This is a premier event for good reason. There is nothing like deflating your front running opponents with the use of a well timed bisque.

Our teams in the Northern Virginia Tennis League have been formed and ready to begin play starting May 6. Our teams have something for everyone with both men and women’s teams competing during the day as well as the evening and weekends in various skill levels. Always room for more players, though, so if you are interested, please don’t hesitate to call the Tennis shop and find a group that fits you.

Those are the more formal events. But all the outdoor courts are open and ready for play. So grab a racquet and have some fun.

Springfield Golf & Country ClubLadies Bowling League - 2012/2013By Vivian Watkins, Chair

We had another fun year bowling. We ended the year with only one snow day at the very end and so our season ended on March 20.

Special thanks go to Michelle Austin, Vice President—she did the planning for the Christmas Party as well as the closing luncheon. Alice Grant, Secretary/Treasurer—she always does a great job keeping our finances straight. Gerda Kilday, Sergeant-at-Arms—she tries to keep our conduct straight. Brooke Diaz, Sunshine contact—she was kept very busy this year. Cathy Cave, Dime Pool—she collects our money for most pins under average each week. Brenda Ihle and Nancy Simmons—they shared the duty of collecting our dollars each week for most pins over average.

Our Christmas Party this year was held at the home of Nancy Simmons. A special thank you to Nancy for her hospitality. This is one of the highlights of our season and this year was no exception.

Our bowling banquet was held on March 20th at Springfield Golf & Country Club. As usual, we had great food and a good turn-out.

Dime Pool results—Elees Anderson had the honor of paying the most this year for pins under average. Thankfully it was not me again, although several of us were close to paying the most. Terry Innocenti planned our wine dinner at the Macaroni Grill in Kingstowne. (Some of us thought we would have enough money to go to Italy for our wine dinner). Terry did a wonderful job organizing our dinner—she may have a lifetime job doing this!

AQUATIC EXERCISE…The Wave of the Future

By Anne Cook

Aerobic Session Schedule

Days Time Begin End Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday, June 10th Friday, August 23rd (No Class Thursdayday July 4)

If you do not currently engage in regular exercise, you are not alone. Of those who start an exercise program, 70% drop out within one year, and many of them do so because they choose a type of exercise or enroll in a class that does not fit their abilities or interests. While no single exercise is perfect for everyone, water aerobics comes close.

Since the water supports most of your weight, water aerobics is ideal for people with nerve damage, arthritis, hip and knee replacements or old injuries, that are aggravated by high impact exercises.

Our program, offered to both men and women, starts June 10th. We had a great turn out last year. Hope everyone returns, and that some new faces will join us this summer.

Aerobic Program Price Schedule(Program cost will be added to your Club bill)

#1 10-Class Program . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$60.00#2 12-Class Program . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$65.00#3 More than 16-Class Program (up to 54 classes) . . . .$80.00

• 10-Class Program—You may choose to attend 10 one-hour classes during the 11-week period. This offers the maximum flexibility and opportunity to complete this aerobic schedule.

• 12-Class Program—This is the ideal program for all levels of body condition. You may choose to attend any 12 one-hour classes. If you are serious about increasing cardiovascular capacity, losing weight, toning muscles or just general conditioning, this is for you! Water aerobics exercise offers enormous benefits – while having fun!

• More Than 16-Class Program—This program is offered to those electing to go beyond the 10- and 12-class programs and take advantage of the maximum number of classes being offered.
