GUIDANCE CONTROLCONCRETE PAVER TPC-72

The Model TPC-72 can be operated via a Radio Controlled Belly Pack instrument box, carried by the operator. The TPC-72 can be operated in manual or in full automatic mode. In the auto mode, the machine will follow the guidance string and adjust track-ing and screed elevation automatically. In the auto mode the operator could manually adjust travel speed and vibration from the (4) Pencil Type Vibrators located in the hopper.

The Radio Control Belly Pack has a magnetic back so that it can be easily mounted to the TPC-72 when not in use.

Each machine comes standard with a Loading Conveyor System. The conveyor has a loading hopper at ground level which can be filled via the cement truck or concrete bug-gies, depending on each job situation. The conveyor will fold hydraulically for transport and can pivot 180 degrees to suit each job.

The hopper is constructed of Reinforced 1/4” Steel Plates which are 100% con-tinuously welded for strength and has a 1.5 Cubic Yard Capacity. The hopper & screed assembly can be raised for easy loading onto trailer ramps. Lower hoppers come in dif-ferent widths to match the screed of choice. (96” Screed shown)

The screed comes in Three Different Widths, depending on the customer’s needs. 48” - 72” - 96”. The screed attaches to the upper hopper & lower hopper via four connecting links and Two Raise & Lower Cylinders. The connect-ing links allow the screed to raise & lower and maintain parallelism to the ground below. This can be adjusted via the adjusting link on the screed mount. The raise & lower cylinders, while in manual mode, will raise and lower the screed. When the machine is in auto mode, the cylinders will receive signals from the sensors following the string line and raise or lower the screed cylinders for elevation & pitch.

There are (4) Large Pencil Type Vibrators. The vibrators are variable speed adjust-able from the Radio Control Belly Pack, and are also adjustable on the mount inside the hopper. They can be raised or lowered into the hopper as needed.

The Self-Adjusting, Floating Wings will allow the machine to pave mild radiuses and still maintain the sidewalls of the pad.

Rubber tracks have Six Idler Rolls and a Top Drive Sprocket for smooth travel. Easy track adjustment is obtained with the top sprocket. There are two hydrostatic pumps with electric actuators, one for each track drive. The pumps send power to the six to one gear reducer drives, resulting in Continuous Power To The Tracks.

Each machine comes with a Trimmer, which is designed to Remove Small Amounts of Soil and helps with the fin-ished grade.
