Those applicants who complete form PHV/205, confirming that they have lived in a country other than the UK for one or moreperiods of three months or more, within the last three years, will be required to produce a Certificate of Good Conduct issued by therelevant non-UK country. A ‘Certificate of Good Conduct’ is an extract from the judicial record or an equivalent document issued by acompetent judicial or administrative authority in the relevant country.

A Certificate of Good Conduct must be supplied upon application, failure to do so will result in your application beingreturned to you as incomplete.

The CRB provides information regarding the availability of criminal record information from certain, selected, overseas countries. Inorder to access this information please go to the CRB website:www.crb.gov.uk/guidance/rb_guidance/overseas.aspx
