INTRODUCTION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The following guide is designed to assist you with completing the Online

Immigration / Customs Form which travelers coming to Barbados from abroad

via cruise ship must complete as required by the Barbadian government.

• The form may be completed within 72 hours prior to arrival in Barbados.

• Once the form is completed, the Immigration and Customs receipts are to

be saved to your mobile device or printed and presented to Immigration and

Customs upon arrival.


ACCESSING THE FORM

• Go to https://travelform.gov.bb/home.

• Review the information on screen, check the box “Complete New Immigration/Customs

Form”, and click “Continue”.


COMPLETING THE FORM – PRIMARY TRAVELER

• Advise that you are entering Barbados by sea.

• The rest of the form will then appear. The form has 9 short sections to complete and

are all on one page. The following steps break down each section.

1. Flight/Vessel Information

• Advise the Regent ship you are sailing on, the country you embarked the ship in,

the port you embarked the ship in and the intended date of arrival in Barbados.

• Note you can only advise a date that is within 72 hours of arrival.


2. Personal Information

• Advise your last name, fi rst name, gender, country of birth, date of birth, nationality,

country of residence and zip/postal code.

• Complete this information exactly as per your passport.

• If you do not have a zip/postal code advise “00000”.

3. Travel Information

• Advise “Passport” as your travel document.

• Advise your passport number, expiry date and country of issue.

• Upload an image of the biodata page of your passport. The biodata page is the page

of your passport with your biographical data (name, date of birth, passport number,

expiration date, etc.) The fi le must be a JPEG or JPG to be accepted.

• Using the drop-down, advise if in the last 21 days if you have visited or been in contact

with anyone from Brazil, India or South Africa. Check “None of the listed countries” if

you have not.


4. Destination Information

• From the drop-down box advise “Pleasure/Holiday/Vacation” as your purpose of visit.

• Advise “0” as the length of stay (nights).

• From the drop-down box advise “Not Required (comes in and leaves same day)” as

your accommodation type.

• Advise the parish that you will be sailing into as St. Michael.

5. Contact Information

• Advise your telephone number (advising the correct country code), email,

and then reconfi rm your email.

• Check the box until a green tick appears, and press “Continue”.


COMPLETING THE FORM – FAMILY MEMBER

• A drop-down box should appear asking if you are traveling with family.

• Using the drop-down box advise the number of family members you are

traveling with.

• Complete the details of your family members as per the steps in the

“Personal Information” and “Travel Information” of the “Primary Traveler” section.


COMPLETING THE FORM – PASSENGER CUSTOMS DECLARATION

• Complete the passenger customs declaration on behalf of all members of your

family and click “Submit”.

• You should now receive an onscreen message that your information has been

submitted and that a confi rmation receipt has been sent to your email.


BARBADOS IMMIGRATION ONLINE FORM RECEIPT / EMAIL

• You should now receive an email from [email protected]. If it is not

in your inbox please check your spam/junk folders.

• This email contains important information to review, including a Travel Receipt

PDF attachment which has a QR code for each family member.

• Guests are not required to download the BIMSafe application.

• Download and save the travel receipt to present when you enter Barbados.
